I would highly recommend Newport Wellness Group, specially Shabnam. She is highly skilled, very friendly and you can tell she cares about her patients. She has treated me for two injuries. The 1st one was for a very painful, very swollen and very purple sprained ankle. Luckily for me nothing was broken but I could barely walk. After my acupuncture treatment within a few short days my foot was almost 90% better, no longer swollen and I was up and walking with hardly any pain. For my 2nd injury I was out trail hiking on a weekend and once again my clumsiness got the best of me. I took a very nasty fall on a very nasty steep hill. My right knee/calf took most of the punishment. After confirming that nothing was broken (again lucky me!) the first person that I thought about for help was Shabnam. As much as I wanted to see her right away I needed to wait about a week and half for my nasty cuts to heal. When I finally met her my leg was still swollen, my leg muscles felt very tight and I was still in quite a bit of pain. Just as I was very happy with the results of my 1st injury I was once again very happy with the results of my 2nd. After two amazing session with Shabnam my busted leg is 100% back to normal! This women works miracles with those awesome needles! I know she treats all kinds of illnesses but I would recommend Shabnam if you also have sport injuries. You won’t be disappointed.
